This custom application was designed to allow users to engage directly with stylists, enabling seamless communication where users could speak with a stylist and share assets such as images or preferences. The goal was to enhance customer experience by providing personalised styling advice and recommendations in real-time, thereby enriching the overall shopping journey on Harvey Nichols' digital platform.
